About the role

Iris Software is seeking a .Net Intern to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on full-lifecycle software execution, business requirement tracking, and agile development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with data source owners to comprehend operational datasets and structure standard data extracts for deep analytical manipulation.
• Translate high-level business use cases into crisp, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Track and review core project deliverables from initiation to final completion, ensuring active risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
• Provide robust analytical support to project managers, core developers, and QA squads to keep deliverables focused on business expectations.
• Participate actively in lean/agile sprints, maintain system project activities, and document technical logic layers independently with minimal oversight.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications.
• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming, with a strong interest in building web and desktop solutions using the .Net core ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, logical reasoning, and a proven ability to manage multiple tracking tasks with shifting priorities.
• Basic familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and clean code design practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to coordinate with global project owners effectively.
