About the role

Iris Software is looking for a fresh graduate to join its Noida office as a Databricks Engineer. You will build and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark, Apache Kafka, Snowflake or Delta Lake, and orchestrate workflows with Airflow or Databricks Workflows. The position offers a salary of ₹10‑18 LPA and a chance to work on enterprise‑grade analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support data pipelines and processing solutions with PySpark.
Create ingestion, transformation, and loading workflows for analytical and operational needs.
Build and manage data assets on Snowflake or Delta Lake within Databricks.
Implement batch and near‑real‑time pipelines using modern engineering practices.
Integrate event‑driven data streams via Apache Kafka or Amazon Kinesis.
Orchestrate jobs with Apache Airflow or Databricks Workflows and monitor their execution.

Eligibility

Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch (any discipline).
Freshers – no prior professional experience required.
