About the role

Infosys is hiring fresh graduates as Digital Specialist Engineers (Trainee) to join a structured training program and work on digital transformation initiatives across cloud and emerging technologies. The role is based in major Indian tech hubs and offers a full‑time entry‑level position with a clear growth path.

Responsibilities

• Complete a company‑provided training curriculum covering cloud platforms and digital tools.
• Assist senior engineers in delivering digital transformation projects for clients.
• Participate in hands‑on tasks related to cloud infrastructure, automation, and application development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
• Maintain documentation of project activities and learning outcomes.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and adopting new technologies.

Eligibility

• Graduates with B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MCA or M.Sc degrees.
• Pass‑out batches of 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong interest in digital technologies and cloud platforms.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad, Bangalore or Delhi/NCR.

Skills

• Fundamental knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of digital transformation concepts.
• Basic programming or scripting ability.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
