Young Graduate Trainee – Bluetooth Validation

About the role

Join Infineon's Bluetooth Validation team in Bangalore and help shape the next generation of wireless connectivity. You will work on RF‑DVT, DVT and test automation for Bluetooth products, gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge communication technologies and semiconductor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Bluetooth RF, functional and performance validation test cases.
• Perform RF characterization and compliance‑related testing.
• Analyze test results, identify product issues and document findings.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and validation tools.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to reproduce, debug and track defects.
• Prepare validation reports and comprehensive test documentation.
• Support regression and qualification testing activities.

Eligibility

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in electronics and communication.
• Basic understanding of wireless communication concepts.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth technology (advantage).
• Knowledge of RF concepts such as power, sensitivity, PER, BER, modulation and spectrum analysis (desirable).
• Basic programming or scripting skills.
• Good analytical, debugging and communication abilities.
• Exposure to RF lab equipment like spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers or power meters.
• Academic projects related to wireless communication or embedded systems.
