Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA in HR preferred) with 0–6 months of experience in Employee Data Management and Issue Resolution for an international IT/ITES company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
