About the role

IBM is looking for fresh graduates to join its Consulting team as a Salesforce Package Consultant in Bangalore. The position is full‑time and hybrid, offering a CTC of ₹12 LPA. You will help clients design, implement and support Salesforce CRM solutions while gaining exposure to Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Analyse client requirements and craft tailored Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components and integrations.
Configure the platform, conduct system testing, user‑acceptance testing and manage change adoption.
Provide end‑to‑end client support from business analysis through deployment and training.
Apply Agile, Scrum or Waterfall practices to ensure smooth delivery.
Develop training material to promote long‑term user adoption.

Eligibility

Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch.
Freshers – no prior professional experience required.

Skills

Salesforce CRM platform knowledge.
Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and integration.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Business analysis and system configuration capabilities.
Experience with system testing and change management.
