About the role

IBM is actively hiring a Customer Success Engineer Intern for 2026 batch graduates in India. This is a fantastic opportunity for B.Tech / BS / M.Tech / MS students from circuit branches with 75% or 7.5+ CGPA to gain hands-on exposure to IBM’s Cloud, AI, and Automation portfolios while supporting real customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Research IBM Automation, Data & AI, and Infrastructure solutions and their business use cases for real client engagements.
  • Create technical presentations, solution briefs, and architecture diagrams used in customer-facing workshops.
  • Assist in building and documenting simple demos or proof-of-concepts that showcase IBM solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and summarise key differentiators across leading enterprise platforms.
  • Support technical enablement and knowledge management initiatives across the Customer Success team.

Eligibility

  • Pursuing B.Tech / BS / M.Tech / MS in circuit branches (CS, IT, ECE, EEE) with 75% or 7.5 CGPA and above across all completed semesters.
  • Batch year: 2025 or 2026 graduates.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with interest in cloud, AI, automation, and enterprise infrastructure.
