Software Engineer

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a skilled software professional to work on cutting-edge high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed systems infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design updates, limited enhancements, and programming changes for specific subsystems of systems software.
• Analyze technical briefs to outline implementation strategies, testing workflows, and compilation activities.
• Author highly reliable automated test plans and evaluation protocols to actively debug multi-node parallel application issues.

Eligibility

• Full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Typically 2 to 4 years of proven professional software engineering exposure in low-level or backend systems.

Skills

• Strong, practical experience writing and optimization logic in C, C++, and Python.
• Good understanding of processes, threads, synchronization locks, race conditions, and Inter-Process Communication (IPC).
