Software Engineer

About the role

HPE is hiring a Software Engineer to analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements. The role is designated as Remote/Teleworker, meaning you will primarily work from home while being based out of Bangalore or Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Coding and programming enhancements, updates, and changes for subsystems of end-user applications.
• Executing established test plans and protocols; identifying, logging, and debugging assigned issues.
• Developing relationships with internal and outsourced development partners.
• Utilizing understanding of full-stack development fundamentals to build solutions.
• Completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome).

Skills

• Understanding of software application design tools and languages.
• Basic knowledge of testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
• Familiarity with Full Stack Development concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; mastery in English (written and verbal).
