About the role

The Engineer in Support & Operations will work from HCLTech’s Lucknow office to design, deploy and maintain Microsoft VDI and RDSH solutions. The position is aimed at fresh graduates and focuses on delivering reliable virtual‑desktop experiences while supporting Touch Services and video‑telepresence integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing VDI environments, ensuring optimal performance of virtual desktops.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and build new features or enhancements for Touch Services and video‑telepresence technologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and processes to aid future maintenance.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
No prior work experience required.

Skills

Basic understanding of Microsoft VDI and RDSH technologies.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Touch Services.
Fundamental knowledge of video‑telepresence systems and their integration with virtual environments.
Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
