About the role

GlobalLogic is hiring fresh graduates for an Associate Analyst position in Hyderabad. The role focuses on data labeling, quality assurance and basic risk analysis for AI/ML projects. Candidates will receive full training, work on‑site and follow rotational shift schedules.

Responsibilities

Manually label and annotate text, audio, video and image data according to detailed guidelines.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency of labeled datasets.
Assist in gathering non‑personal data such as images of receipts, roads and vehicles.
Interpret transaction trends, detect anomalies and support risk‑detection activities.
Meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (must have provisional certificate and marks memo).
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office and rotate shifts in a 24/7 setup.
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
