About the role

Fronius Trainee System Engineer 2026 is hiring in Chennai for Diploma freshers. Fronius, a global leader in welding technology, solar energy and battery charging, is looking for trainees to support its sales team and learn welding equipment fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with sales support tasks and customer follow-ups
• Shadow service engineers to learn welding and equipment maintenance basics
• Educate customers on the advantages of Fronius products
• Conduct practical training sessions for product users
• Build hands-on knowledge of welding equipment and good maintenance practices

Eligibility

• Fresher Diploma in Electrical / Electronics, OR a maximum of 1 year of welding-related work experience
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office)
• Willingness to learn welding technology and customer engagement
• Ability to travel and conduct customer training sessions
