Operations Analyst, AYST

About the role

The Operations Analyst (AYST) in Deutsche Bank’s Pune centre ensures that voice interactions between Relationship Managers and clients are accurately reviewed and documented. The role focuses on verifying trade details discussed in English, Mandarin or Cantonese, maintaining high‑quality records, and supporting control and audit processes while adhering to strict SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Listen to client‑RC voice logs in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, confirm that trade details were discussed and record them in the prescribed template.
• Identify missing, inconsistent or unclear trade information, flag exceptions and escalate them to relevant stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Complete daily production activities, meet cut‑off times and quality expectations, and perform quality checks on reviewed logs.
• Prepare and update control and production reports, tracking open items, exceptions and follow‑ups.
• Support peers as a backup, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and evidence of review outcomes for audit and management reporting.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with strong business‑level English communication.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with 0‑1 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work with English, Mandarin and Cantonese language materials.
