Senior Front-End Software Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Front‑End Software Engineer at Deltatre you will own end‑to‑end feature delivery for high‑performance web and mobile streaming platforms, mentor junior developers, and help shape technical standards across the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑quality front‑end experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Lead solution and feature design, delivering well‑reasoned technical proposals.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior developers through code reviews and pairing.
• Contribute to and evolve shared component libraries and design systems.
• Set and monitor front‑end performance targets, profiling and optimizing rendering.
• Collaborate with back‑end, QA, and product teams to define scalable solutions.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Deep proficiency in React (and React Native for cross‑platform delivery).
• Strong command of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive layout techniques.
• Experience shipping applications for web, mobile and/or connected TV.
• Proven ability to build and maintain component libraries or design systems.
• Solid understanding of front‑end performance measurement and optimisation.
