About the role

Deloitte is hiring fresh candidates for the Services Support Associate role in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Resolving payroll inquiries from employees and HR using established payroll processes and systems
• Compiling and processing one-time payments, deductions, bonuses, loans, and recruit advances
• Validating employee data through SAP reports, variance monitoring, and correction follow-up
• Coordinating payroll activities related to social security number corrections, direct deposit rejections, off-cycle requests, employee loans, and year-end forms

Eligibility

• Any graduate degree, preferably in Finance
• 0-2 years of experience in payroll, finance operations, or shared services support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review, validation, and reporting
• Experience with SAP HR systems, payroll applications, or accounting software

Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute with data entry capability of 4,000 keystrokes per hour and an error rate of 5% or less
