Deloitte India is hiring a QA Intern to join its Digital Excellence Centre in Bengaluru in a hybrid work mode.

Responsibilities

• Quality Engineering: Engineer a top-quality coding base by following best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Application Reliability: Ensure that all components and the overall application are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
• Cross-team Coordination: Collaborate with teams working on different layers of the infrastructure to validate end-to-end workflows.
• Test Case Design: Write and execute test cases to validate features, identify defects, and track them to closure.
• Bug Tracking: Use bug-tracking tools to log, prioritise, and follow up on defects with developers.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and time management.

Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with writing and executing test cases.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
