About the role

Citi is looking for a Business Analyst with Automation to work on retail and digital data streams in Gurgaon, Haryana. The role blends data acquisition, quality checks, dashboard creation and automation of reporting pipelines, helping the business make data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process and maintain data related to digital performance and customer behaviour.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and routine analytical reports.
  • Develop automated data pipelines to streamline recurring analytics tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Identify risks, adhere to compliance standards and flag control issues as needed.

Eligibility

  • 2–4 years of relevant data‑analysis experience.
  • Graduates with B.E., B.Tech., M.E. or M.Tech degrees.
  • Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL for data manipulation.
  • Experience with Tableau for visualisation.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of big‑data tools such as Hive and Impala.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
