Associate Products & Systems Technician

About the role

Capgemini is hiring freshers and early-career candidates for the role of Associate – Products & Systems Technician at its Pune delivery centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 support for Capgemini product and system platforms used by global clients.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve product and system incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Help configure, maintain and monitor product and system environments.
• Document standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and post-incident reports.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and, where applicable, client stakeholders.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, ECE or related engineering branches.
• 2024, 2025 or 2026 graduating batches.
• Strong academic record with consistent results.
• Foundational understanding of operating systems, networks, databases and basic scripting; ITIL basics are a strong plus.
