Frontend Developer

About the role

Capco is hiring a Frontend Developer to create and maintain modern React user interfaces. You will work with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS to deliver performant, accessible and responsive features that align with the company’s design system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain React components using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS while adhering to team standards.
• Implement portions of key user journeys, emphasizing correctness, performance basics and accessibility.
• Enhance and debug existing component libraries, fixing UI defects and minor functional bugs.
• Ensure responsive behavior across common screen sizes and verify compatibility with target browsers.
• Apply accessibility best practices such as semantic HTML, proper labeling and keyboard navigation.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend engineers and QA to clarify requirements and deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Write unit and component tests, and address CI/CD pipeline issues including linting and type errors.
• Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback and gradually contribute constructive comments.

Eligibility

• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
