About the role

Eligibility

• 10+ years of full‑stack development experience with Java, Scala, Node.js, JavaScript, or React.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in large‑scale systems engineering, including testing, reliability, security, and observability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Customer‑impact mindset when making technical decisions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
