Full Stack Developer

About the role

Appnovation is looking for an Associate Full Stack Developer to create and scale modern, high‑performance web applications. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with designers, product managers and senior architects to deliver feature‑rich solutions using a JavaScript/TypeScript stack.

Responsibilities

• Craft responsive front‑end experiences with React and Next.js, ensuring fast load times and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Develop and maintain robust server‑side APIs and services using Node.js and Express.
• Enhance AI inference pipelines by managing latency, token usage and Redis‑based caching.
• Apply TypeScript throughout the codebase to improve type safety and reduce runtime errors.
• Design database schemas and handle data flow with both SQL and NoSQL stores.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to uphold quality standards.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong command of React, Next.js, Node.js, Express and TypeScript.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms and clean‑code principles.
• Willingness to learn from senior engineers and take ownership of modules.
• Experience with state‑management tools such as Redux, Context API or Zustand.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Version control with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
