Full Stack Developer Intern

About the role

Amber, a fast‑growing student housing startup, is looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to join its Pune office. You will work on both frontend and backend features for web and mobile products, gaining hands‑on experience with modern frameworks while contributing to a platform that serves millions of students worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile interfaces using React and React Native.
• Write clean, reusable code in JavaScript/TypeScript following best practices.
• Assist in building backend services with Node.js or Python, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data flow between front‑end and back‑end.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship end‑to‑end features.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimise performance, and stay updated with emerging web and mobile technologies.

Eligibility

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on coursework or projects involving React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript and/or backend development.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API design.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in a startup environment.
