About the role

Amazon has launched its 2026 off-campus recruitment application platform for the position of Quality Service Associate (Cross Border) at its corporate tech facility in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities

• Execute test case instructions and report discrepancies.
• Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately.
• Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
• Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.

Eligibility

• Possession of a full-time foundational Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech / Science / Commerce / Arts streams).
• QA Core Foundations: Fundamental conceptual understanding or basic knowledge of QA testing methodology, validation loops, and bug reporting tracking suites.

Skills

• Analytical Acumen: Strong problem-solving logic to observe minute script errors and explain software failures via clear individual status reports.
• Communication Metrics: Good written and verbal communication style to smoothly present data irregularities across technical and operations lines.
