About the role

Amazon is hiring for the Device Associate I (Quality Services) position at its Chennai office. This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates from Any Degree background to enter the world of software and device testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-defined test cases for software builds on various Amazon devices.
• Identify, record, and track bugs accurately using internal software tools.
• Perform regression testing to qualify new releases and updates.
• Capture testing results and provide individual status reports to leadership.

Eligibility

• Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Basic understanding of QA methodology and testing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for bug reporting.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of reading scripts for trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
