Senior Technical Architect (React.js + Node.js)

About the role

AbhiBus is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to steer the technical vision of its high‑traffic bus‑ticketing platform. Based in Hyderabad, you will define end‑to‑end architecture, lead a team of 10‑20 engineers, and embed AI‑driven tooling across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the full‑stack architecture spanning React front‑end, Node.js services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a squad of 10‑20 engineers, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Prioritize the technical roadmap, balance trade‑offs, and communicate decisions to product and business stakeholders.
• Integrate AI‑assisted development tools into coding, testing, and documentation processes.
• Manage project execution including estimation, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking.
• Maintain system health by addressing technical debt, reliability, security, and observability.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience with full‑stack expertise.
• Proven track record of architecting large‑scale, high‑traffic consumer platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams of 10‑20 members.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills.
