About the role

As a Lead Frontend Engineer at 4flow, you will own the architectural direction and delivery of the user‑interface for a global supply‑chain optimization platform. The position blends hands‑on coding with team leadership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable front‑end solutions built with modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the frontend architecture for the supply‑chain product suite.
• Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into intuitive UI experiences.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and accessibility.
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose improvements.

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong background in building large‑scale, enterprise web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (B.E/B.Tech preferred).
• Proven track record of leading technical teams.
