About the role

Wipro is hiring for the Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2026 as a Scholar Trainee. The program is designed for B.Sc and BCA graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches, allowing them to kickstart their corporate journey while pursuing a fully sponsored M.Tech degree.

Responsibilities

• Support live client applications, configure tools, and write functional components under senior technical guidance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
• Consistent pass status in 10th & 12th standards; Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation.
• Core Mathematics as a principal subject during Graduation.
