About the role

Wabtec is seeking a Software Intern for the Digital Solutions team in Bengaluru. The intern will be part of the products in Digital Solutions and will be working as part of the engineering team delivering functional components as needed by the product management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of module delivery under the guidance of assigned mentor
• Collaborate well with team members
• Develop code, write unit tests, and integration test cases
• Work closely with required teams to ensure business functionality is delivered on time
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute through presentations or Proof of Concepts

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related discipline in Computer Science or IT
• Knowledge of C, C++, Java, or Python
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular JS or JavaScript
• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts
• Knowledge of cloud-related technologies like AWS will be an add-on
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms is required
