The Volvo Off Campus Drive 2026 Graduate Apprentice Trainee role is part of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Volvo’s Financial Services functions with day-to-day operations.
• Support reporting, reconciliation and basic analytics tasks.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and process flows.
• Rotate across teams to gain exposure to different finance areas.
• Work with MS Excel, ERP systems and Volvo’s internal finance tools.
• Adhere to Volvo’s policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduate (Engineering / Commerce / Finance preferred).
• Batch Year: Fresh Graduates
• Technical Skills: MS Excel, basic accounting concepts, attention to detail, willingness to learn ERP.
• Soft Skills: Eager to learn, collaborative, structured thinker, professional communication.
