Thoughtworks is a leading global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design, and software engineering to drive digital innovation for enterprises worldwide. The company is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Write modular, clean, readable, and highly testable backend or frontend code tracking strictly to Object-Oriented or Functional patterns.
• Participate actively within continuous delivery sprints alongside product owners, system architects, and senior data consultants.
• Troubleshoot system defects, debug logical anomalies within enterprise runtimes, and build structural patches.
• Adapt dynamically to diverse computing environments, microservice setups, and shifting full-stack framework mandates across global client projects.

Eligibility

• Full-time Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) program parameters.
• Eligible Specializations: Computer Science Engineering (CSE / CS), Information Technology (IT), or Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI-ML).
• Academic Cut-off Standard: Consistent minimum of 80% marks (or equivalent CGPA) sustained across Class 10, Class 12, and all undergraduate semesters.
• Core Skills Matrix: Exceptional structural programming fundamentals mapped out in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Coding Footprint: Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities across leading online algorithmic competitive coding platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank, backed by a structured project repository on GitHub.
