Responsibilities

Rotate across different functional areas and contribute to day‑to‑day business activities.
Assist departments with project tasks, prepare presentations, and complete evaluations.
Participate in all training sessions and acquire the skills needed to succeed.
Take feedback constructively and implement improvements.
Collaborate with mentors and peers to develop professional competencies.

Eligibility

Graduated within the last three years (2022‑2025 batches).
First‑class academic record with no backlogs.
Final engineering/degree exam taken in the selection year.
Open to graduates from Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Accounting or related STEM/business streams.
