About the role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer for our UI team to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. You will serve as a UI Architect, providing high-level technical leadership and defining the direction for our web-based product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of user interfaces for core Qualcomm services.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize enterprise applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence through code reviews and technical mentorship.

Eligibility

• 8-10+ years of professional experience in software UX design and frontend architecture.
• Expert-level command over TypeScript and modern JS frameworks (Angular/React).
• Hands-on experience with server-side Node.js and API integration.
• Proficiency with modern build tools and version control systems like Git.
• Proven ability to manage and scale large, cross-functional engineering projects.
