About the role

Pitney Bowes is seeking energetic and driven candidates for Intern positions at their dynamic workspace in Pune, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• SAP Finance Support: Assist in the active configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules while supporting business users with finance-related queries.
• Data Management: Assist in comprehensive data validation, reconciliation, migration activities, and report preparation using SAP analytics tools.
• Software QA Testing: Test functionality and identify defects for web and mobile (Android/iOS) applications to ensure high reliability and overall product quality.
• Process Validation: Perform systematic system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and support month-end/year-end financial closing activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside experienced QA engineers, developers, accounting, and IT teams to refine business requirements and process flows.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree spanning Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial workflows, and IT system logic.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a significant advantage) and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes with a sense of urgency.
