About the role

Honeywell is offering a hardware engineering internship in Madurai for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. The role provides hands‑on exposure to hardware design, testing and validation, allowing interns to apply classroom concepts to real‑world projects while collaborating with seasoned engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hardware design activities such as schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Support testing and validation of hardware systems.
• Document hardware requirements and specifications alongside the engineering team.
• Contribute to ongoing hardware design projects.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging technologies.

Eligibility

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of hardware design principles.
• Preferably pursuing an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of hardware testing and validation processes is advantageous.
