About the role

Eurofins is seeking a technically skilled Software Engineer with at least 1-3 years of experience in Software Development & L3 level Support of product applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex production issues, providing expert support to L1 and L2 teams.
• Analyze and resolve applications, databases, and report issues across legacy and .NET platforms.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.

Eligibility

• Education: MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT.
• Legacy Stack (Mandatory): Expert-level hands-on experience in VB6 development.
• Modern Stack: Good understanding of .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Web APIs.
