EPC Engineer – Vendor & Project Data

About the role

The EPC Engineer – Vendor & Project Data is responsible for organizing, controlling, and maintaining all vendor‑generated documents and the project Job Book. You will ensure document completeness, traceability, and compliance with project standards while supporting engineers and managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and track vendor documents from requisition to final approval.
• Assign document numbers, manage revisions, and enforce formatting standards.
• Validate Job Book completeness before key project milestones.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records for easy traceability and ensure only approved documents are linked.
• Monitor document turnaround times, report metrics, and escalate overdue items.
• Assist managers and engineers with timely document submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to close gaps in the Job Book.
• Support audit activities by providing controlled documentation and records.

Eligibility

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Information Management (degree required).
• Graduates from the 2024‑2026 batches.
• Freshers – no prior work experience needed.

Skills

• Proficiency with PLM tools such as Windchill and Synergies Adept.
• Experience using 3D software like Autodesk Inventor, Plant 3D, and Navisworks.
• Strong data‑gathering and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
