About the role
The company is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to own the architectural design, development and delivery of its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role blends deep technical expertise with client‑facing consulting, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into high‑performance technical design documents.
- Act as a trusted advisor, consulting customers on strategic platform usage and best practices.
- Lead design walkthroughs and technical demos for stakeholders.
- Champion out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow functionality and enforce coding standards through rigorous peer reviews.
- Maintain governance, update‑set hygiene and future‑proof solutions for platform upgrades.
- Own core domains such as ITSM, ITSM Advanced, CMDB and ITOM, ensuring data integrity and optimal workflow design.
Eligibility
- Minimum five years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven expertise in ITSM, ITSM Advanced, CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping).
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non‑technical clients.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and establishing technical guardrails.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and IntegrationHub.
- Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL v4 frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and governance.
